These Terms of Service govern all interactions with Air and Ink Limited, including but not limited to property transactions, hospitality bookings, transportation services, spa treatments, dining reservations, and all related luxury concierge services.

Property Sales & Purchases

All property transactions are governed by Nigerian Real Estate Laws and international standards where applicable. Properties range from ₦150M to ₦1.2B ($2.1M to $3.2M) and include luxury residential developments, commercial spaces, and investment properties.

Purchase Process:

1. Initial consultation and property viewing
2. Letter of Intent with 10% deposit
3. Due diligence and legal verification (30 days)
4. Sales agreement execution
5. Full payment or financing arrangement
6. Title transfer and handover

Payment Terms:

• Deposit: 10% of property value (non-refundable after 14 days)
• Balance: Due within 90 days unless financing arranged
• Financing: Available through partner banks (subject to approval)
• Currency: Nigerian Naira or USD for international clients

Property Management:

We offer comprehensive property management services including maintenance, security, tenant management, and concierge services. Management fees range from 8-15% of rental income depending on service level.

Hotel & Resort Bookings

Our hospitality network includes luxury hotels across 20+ global locations: Lagos, Dubai, New York, Paris, London, Tokyo, Sydney, Singapore, Los Angeles, Rome, Barcelona, Miami, Hong Kong, Amsterdam, Berlin, Toronto, São Paulo, Mumbai, Beijing, Shanghai, Moscow, and St. Petersburg. Rates range from $280-$6,000 per night depending on location and suite category.

Booking Terms:

• Advance booking: Minimum 48 hours for standard rooms
• Premium suites: 7 days advance booking required
• Deposit: 50% of total booking value
• Cancellation: 72 hours notice for full refund
• Late cancellation: 50% penalty fee
• No-show: Full charge applied

Our luxury transport division operates 500+ premium vehicles including sedans, SUVs, helicopters, and private jets. Services include chauffeur-driven transfers, vehicle rentals, helicopter charters, and VIP transportation packages.

Our dining concierge provides access to 150+ premium restaurants across Lagos, featuring renowned establishments like Cafe De Elyon, The Wheatbaker, Shiro Restaurant, NOK by Alara, and Terra Kulture. Dining experiences range from ₦8,000 to ₦65,000 per person.

Accepted Payment Methods

Payment Schedule & Terms:

• Real Estate: 10% deposit, balance within 90 days
• Hospitality: 50% deposit, balance on arrival
• Transport: Full payment or deposit based on service
• Spa Services: Payment due at time of service
• Late payment fee: 2% per month on outstanding balance
• Currency fluctuation: Rates locked for 30 days

Air and Ink Limited is committed to protecting your privacy and personal data in compliance with Nigerian Data Protection Regulation (NDPR) and international standards including GDPR where applicable.

Data Collection & Usage:

• Personal information for service delivery and communication
• Financial information for payment processing (securely encrypted)
• Preferences and service history for personalized experiences
• Analytics data to improve service quality
• Security footage in our facilities for safety purposes

Data Sharing & Third Parties:

• Partner hotels and restaurants for reservation purposes
• Payment processors for transaction completion
• Legal authorities when required by law

Service Limitations:

• Services subject to availability and weather conditions
• Property investments carry inherent market risks
• Transport services affected by traffic and regulatory restrictions
• Spa treatments may not be suitable for all medical conditions
• Restaurant availability subject to partner establishment policies

Liability Limits:

Air and Ink Limited's liability is limited to the value of services purchased. We maintain comprehensive insurance coverage and work with licensed professionals. Clients are advised to maintain appropriate personal insurance for high-value transactions and activities.

Force Majeure:

We are not liable for delays or cancellations due to circumstances beyond our control including natural disasters, government restrictions, strikes, pandemics, or other force majeure events. Alternative arrangements or refunds will be offered where possible.

Resolution Process:

1. Direct communication with assigned account manager
2. Escalation to department head within 48 hours
3. Executive review within 7 business days
4. Mediation through Lagos Chamber of Commerce if required
5. Arbitration under Nigerian Arbitration and Conciliation Act

Governing Law:

These terms are governed by Nigerian federal law. For international clients, disputes may be resolved under the jurisdiction most appropriate to the service location, with preference for amicable settlement through recognized arbitration bodies.
